Interim Hardware / Technology Counsel for Major Tech Company

Job Description

A large technology company is seeking an interim Hardware / Technology Counsel to join their team for 3+ months. This role will be on-site in either their San Jose, CA, area office or their Seattle, WA, office and will start as soon as the right match is selected. Schedule will be 25-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Chip and hardware manufacturing and supply chain transactions;
2. Electronic design automation (EDA) and chip IP licensing transactions; and
3. A variety of other services, licensing, logistics, and supply chain transactions.

Required experience includes ideally 5+ years in the above responsibilities from a semiconductor / technology company. Must have a J.D. and have an active bar license in state of residence (which should be either CA or WA per the on-site requirements). *No concurrent work allowed during this engagement.*
