Bilingual Receptionist is a vital member of a small front office team, serving as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers. Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor, this role emphasizes efficient handling of phone and in-person interactions in both English and Spanish while supporting recruiting efforts and overall customer service. Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors courteously
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and maintain daily calendars
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Provide customer support and address inquiries
  • Manage office supplies and ordering processes
  • Maintain visitor logs and office security protocols
  • Support recruiting and general administrative functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in front office or customer service
  • Bilingual communication in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps & data entry
  • Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
