Compensation: $80,000 base salary + strong performance bonus potential

Role Summary
The Restaurant General Manager will have full responsibility for all day-to-day operations of a busy, high-volume restaurant. You will lead and develop a strong team, deliver exceptional guest service, achieve financial targets, and uphold the highest operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations with complete P&L accountability in a high-volume setting.
- Lead, coach, and develop a talented hourly and management team.
- Control labor, food, and beverage costs while driving sales and profitability.
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Partner with executive leadership on operational improvements and expansion initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent in the competitive Bay Area market.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant (full-service or high-volume casual preferred).
- Proven track record managing $3M+ in annual sales volume.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver consistent results on costs and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to guest service excellence.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required.
- California market experience or multi-unit background is a plus.
