Job DescriptionHome Comfort Advisor: The Advisor will meet the customer at their home and discuss the different options to replace or add to their current systems.

Requirements:

• Requires minimum 2 years HVAC experience.
• Continued Education is expected.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• The candidate should be able to think outside the box.
• Shall lead by example and arrive on time ready to work.

Other duties include:

• Following through /updating job schedules.
• Orchestrating your crew deployment on a daily basis, in a timely manner.
• Communicate with foreman/office as to job status.
• Familiarity and ability to diagnose HVAC equipment and recognize equipment needs and/or repairs if, necessary.
