We’re hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators for a top-tier manufacturing facility in San Marcos! This is a full-time, long-term temporary opportunity with excellent growth potential. Don't miss your chance to be part of a thriving team!

Pay: $18.38/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

Location: San, Marcos (92078 zip code)

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year experience with heavy machinery preferred
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Complete a drug test and background verification
• Strong attendance and arrives to work on time
• Team player, works well with others
• Willing to work over-time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (see below)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate cutting-edge machinery to meet production goals
• Perform inspections and testing to ensure top-quality products
• Drive continuous quality improvements by participating in real-time analysis
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly
• Communicate with the Maintenance team to resolve any issues fast
• Collect and enter data into Excel and JD Edwards throughout your shift
• Keep your workspace spotless and safe, while being on the lookout for potential machine issues
