Onsite Manager
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Onsite Manager to support and lead a growing team in Santa Ana, CA. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, helping foster a positive work environment while partnering closely with operations and HR teams.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience managing teams, and a solid understanding of employee relations and human resources practices. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping teams succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of employees in a fast-paced environment
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Assist with onboarding, employee relations, and HR-related processes
- Monitor attendance, performance, and employee engagement
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
- Partner with management to address operational and staffing needs
- Support conflict resolution and promote effective communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in people management or team leadership
- Experience working with employees and supporting HR functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience in staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environments is a plus

- 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
