AtWork Personnel is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Staffing Coordinator / Onboarding Coordinator to join our team.
This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will bring strong transferable skills from customer service, administrative support, HR, operations, call center, hospitality, along with a commitment to providing excellent service to candidates, associates, clients, and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process for new associates
- Collect, review, and process hiring paperwork
- Assist with background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and compliance-related items
- Communicate with candidates and associates regarding onboarding steps, start details, missing documents, and next steps
- Maintain accurate records in the system
- Help coordinate assignment details, schedules, and job-related instructions
- Follow up with associates and internal team members to ensure timely completion of onboarding
- Support recruiters and account managers with administrative and operational needs
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates, associates, clients, and team members
- Help ensure all onboarding and assignment processes are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
- Administrative, HR, customer service, operations, staffing, or onboarding experience preferred
