Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proven experience leading a crew and managing job site operations from start to finish.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Extensive experience with electrical panel upgrades, service changes, and related installations.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal hand tools.
- Experience with conduit bending and installation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation:
