Job DescriptionDescriptionThe Cabin Attendant’s (CA) main job will be primarily for Part 91 and some Part 135 flights. The CA will be required to crew all flights they are scheduled for, offering cabin safety, high end service, fine dining, and a luxurious Guest experience. In addition to carrying out all the In-Flight duties for a trip success the CA will be responsible for maintaining the correct cabin stock and organization of the aircraft they fly on. The CA will be fully trained through Silver Air’s training curriculum to include Emergency Evacuation & Safety Training, In-Flight Service & Standards and Base Standards Training and more. They will report to the Chief Cabin Attendant as their direct supervisor and be part of the successful Cabin Attendant Program.
Job Functions• Crew Part 91 and Silver Air Part 135 Flights• Deliver exceptional Customer Service by anticipating the needs of Guests prior to their request.• Ability to effectively communicate all available amenities and their use to Guests.• Pleasant and outgoing personality when greeting and bidding farewell to Guests.• Perform visual inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas prior to takeoff, and inform the flight crew when these areas are secure.• Maintain a clean aircraft interior before, during and after flights. • Ability to follow directives and work collaboratively with the flight crew.• Follow the “Cabin Attendant Handbook’ to adhere to Silver Air standards.• Order catering, procure flight basics and Guest needs for each flight.• Keep the aircraft cabin fully stocked and organized to the Silver Air standard.• Ensures that all activities are managed with safety and compliance as the highest priorities.• Potentially assist with Initial Cabin Set Up.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise• Highschool diploma or equivalent.• College degree preferred• Experience with high-end food & beverage serving and luxury service for VVIP clients.• 1-2 years’ experience preferred as a Corporate Cabin Attendant. • Professional communication skills, verbal and written• Resourceful problem-solving abilities• Detailed organizational skills and capable time management skills• Food & Beverage knowledge on prep, plating, display, and service• Ability to read your clients on how to serve them and have excellent people skills• Immaculate personal presentation
