Job DescriptionPosition: Senior Corporate Accounting Manager

Job Description:High-impact, high-visibility leadership role within the Finance & Accounting team at Power Integrations Inc., a publicly traded global semiconductor company. This position leads the global general ledger close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes while partnering cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Operations, IT, and Sales to support accurate and timely reporting.Key responsibilities include managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses; and supporting SEC reporting and audit processes. The role also involves technical accounting research, drafting memos, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.The position oversees global revenue recognition (ASC 606), cost accounting, and inventory processes, ensuring accurate accounting for customer contracts, COGS, and worldwide operations. Additionally, it drives system improvements (Oracle), automation initiatives, and process efficiencies, while leading and mentoring a global accounting team.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5+ years of experience, including public accounting. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and cost accounting required. CPA and Oracle experience preferred. Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
