We’re searching for an efficient and organized dealership receptionist to provide administrative and clerical support for our auto group. Our new team member will serve as a greeter to our guests and exhibit excellent customer service skills in every interaction. Day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phones, managing the switchboard, and keeping car dealership operations running smoothly.
This individual must also field complaints and questions in a friendly and professional manner. Applicants should be organized and have some customer service background, preferably within a car dealership setting. Apply today!
Compensation:
$17 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of all skills related to receptionist duties duties
- Direct incoming calls and customer complaints to the appropriate person in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary; some college experience is preferred
- Displays strong time management skills and the ability to quickly and accurately complete detailed work
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Prior customer service or administrative support experience in an automotive dealership or showroom is a plus
- Possesses excellent interpersonal communications skills and an enthusiasm for working with customers
