Payroll Specialist
Long Term - Potential Temp to Hire
Location: Near Kearny Mesa
Responsibilities Include:
· Process semi-monthly Payroll
· Reviews timesheets and reports through the online time and attendance system.
· Ensures all time is accurate and OT in within compliance.
· Heavy Data Entry into UKG.
· Monitors Mealtime expectations and Researches and remedies missed punches.
· Enters Employees Information into Company system and makes changes as necessary.
· Works with Teams to understand and reconcile variances.
· Works with the benefit department and Employee benefit enrollment.
· Completes verification of Employment and processes final checks.
· Reporting – Invoicing and other payroll tasks as needed.
Requirements Include:
· 5+ years of professional experience in processing payroll.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Access.
· Strong confidentiality skills.
· UKG Pro - Required
Physical Requirements:
· Sitting 20+ hours a week
· Walking 1-10 hours a week
· Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
No protective clothing or equipment required
Compensation: $27-$32 Hr DOE
