What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of hospice leaders, nurses and clinical staff
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of care
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and mission-driven team culture
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care
- Ensure compliance with all hospice regulations and best practices
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support staff development, education, and clinical excellence
- Participate in strategic planning and organizational growth
- Jump in when needed-because great leaders lead by example

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN required; MSN preferred)
- 3-5+ years of hospice or palliative care experience
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
