Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:
- Manage a full caseload of employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Develop and execute legal strategies for optimal client outcomes
- Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings
- Provide strong client communication and case guidance throughout the litigation process
Experience you will need:
- Minimum 7+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience
- Proven experience handling cases involving: PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act), FEHA (Fair Employment and Housing Act), Wage & Hour disputes, Workplace discrimination, Harassment claims, Wrongful termination
- Strong understanding of the full litigation lifecycle
- Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Track record of delivering favorable outcomes for clients
