  • Mask and demask connectors, test points, keep-out areas, hardware, labels, and other restricted areas according to work instructions and customer requirements.

  • Operate curing equipment, ovens, UV cure systems, or drying processes as required.

  • Inspect coated assemblies for coverage, bubbles, voids, pooling, contamination, runs, overspray, lifting, peeling, and other defects.

  • Perform touch-up, rework, and repair of conformal coating as needed.

  • Verify material type, shelf life, pot life, mix ratios, lot numbers, and expiration dates before use.

  • Experience with manual spray coating, brush coating, selective coating machines, or UV inspection.

  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or IPC-CC-830 requirements.

  • Experience using microscopes, black lights, or inspection aids.

  • Experience in aerospace, medical, defense, automotive, or high-reliability electronics manufacturing.

  • Prior soldering, rework, masking, staking, underfill, or mechanical assembly experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to use hands and fingers for detailed masking, demasking, coating, and inspection work.

  • Ability to lift and move materials or assemblies up to 25 pounds.
