Furniture Assembler Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble furniture components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Install hardware, brackets, fasteners, and other components as required
- Inspect assembled products to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper functionality
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform measurements and verify parts before assembly
- Package completed furniture and prepare products for shipment
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Identify and report any damaged parts or quality issues to supervisors
- Assist with general warehouse duties and production tasks as needed
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous furniture assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
