We are looking for an agent who wants to continue growing personal production while mentoring both developing and experienced agents, all while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys guiding others, sharing knowledge, and building within a structured environment focused on growth and development.
You will have access to agents and individuals currently in real estate school who are motivated to move forward. Through conversations, real transaction experience, and practical guidance, you will help others build confidence while continuing to strengthen your own real estate business and daily production habits.
This structure allows mentorship and production to grow together. As you expand your own career, you will also develop leadership skills by supporting agents who are learning how to create consistency and momentum in real estate through clear systems and accountability.

Compensation:
$160,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Coach and teach contracts
- Teach database and COI marketing
- CRM training
- Coaching appointments
- Weekly accountability with agents
- Help negotiate contracts

Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Real estate sales experience
- Completed transactions
- Team player
- Coachable and trainable
- Attend ongoing trainings and events
