We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team and handle all aspects of personal injury litigation.

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled litigation attorney with at least 3 years of experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing a full caseload from filing through trial. You must have strong knowledge of California court rules, procedures, and deadlines, along with hands-on litigation experience including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
Handle all phases of litigation, including law and motion, written discovery, and court appearances.
Conduct and defend lay and expert depositions.
Draft and argue motions, oppositions, and other court filings.
Develop case strategies and oversee trial preparation.
Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Strong understanding of court deadlines, rules, and procedures.
Proven experience with depositions, law and motion practice, and trial preparation.
Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
