Compensation: $200K–$250K base
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer problems. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work directly with enterprise customers to understand real‑world workflows, identify high‑impact opportunities, and rapidly build AI‑powered MVPs that solve meaningful business problems. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, scoping ambiguous requirements, leveraging AI tools to move fast, and delivering working solutions in days rather than months. When something proves valuable, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn those learnings into scalable platform capabilities that shape the future of the product

What You’ll
- Partner with customers to understand complex workflows and pain points
- Scope high‑impact problems and build MVPs/prototypes quickly (often in days)
- Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to turn successful experiments into product features
What We’re Looking For
- Strong engineering fundamentals and product intuition
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and high ownership
- Excited about AI‑native development and rapid iteration
- Strong communicator and collaborator
Experience
- 5 years of experience building MVPs and POCs
- Backgrounds in forward deployed, growth, solutions, startup, or enterprise engineering are a strong plus
