Job DescriptionWe are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Manufacturing Senior Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Santa Monica, CA 90404. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay is $40-44/hr to start!!!
• 6 – month assignment with the potential for extension based on performance and budget.
• Monday – Friday (5am – 1:00pm)
• The technician executes preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; troubleshoots to root cause; owns assigned systems; documents to GDP standards; and partners with Operations, Engineering, and QA.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/ GED is required.
• AAS in Engineering Technology or relevant trade school is preferred.
• Consistent adherence to SOPs, GDP, cGMP, and SHE; proficient with LOTO and permit-to-work (hot work, line breaking, working at height).
• Prior pharmaceutical/cGMP maintenance experience.
• Plans, executes, and closes work orders to GDP standards; maintains accurate logbooks/permits in CMMS.
• Proficient in mechanical systems and utilities, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressed air, and purified water systems; basic electrical troubleshooting within site policy; instrumentation and controls fundamentals; and minor fabrication/repair work.
• Experience with Blue Mountain RAM or SAP PM; familiarity with client/EMS systems is preferred.
• EPA 608/HVAC certification preferred (not required); state electrical trainee/journeyman or boiler operator license if applicable.
• Exposure to 5S, Kaizen, RCM, and TPM methodologies.
