We have been instructed on an incredible opportunity to join a tech/legal startup founded by experienced second-time founders. The role promises the offer of equity in the company, and therefore significant upside, as well as a the interest of supporting the development of their internal AI, working with engineers.
 
The Role
 
<ul>
<li>Founding ECVC Attorney position - playing a vital role in the success of the company.</li>
<li>Serve as a founding attorney and strategic business builder</li>
<li>Own direct founder and startup client relationships</li>
<li>Lead sophisticated venture financings from inception to close</li>
<li>Help build the legal infrastructure of a category-defining startup</li>
<li>Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams</li>
<li>Support engineers in building scalable legal workflows through AI and automation</li>
</ul>
 
Technical experience required:
 
<ul>
<li>Experience with SAFEs, convertible notes, seed financings, Series A/B rounds, and other venture financings</li>
<li>Experienced in advising startup clients on Delaware formations, governance, board matters, and corporate structuring</li>
<li>Experience in managing cap tables, option plans, and equity documentation</li>
</ul>
 
3 days required in-office (Financial District).
