Job Description
The Masker is responsible for applying tape to product parts prior to applying metal finishing chemical and trimming tape on parts with a variety of different equipment and tools. This role operates under the guidance of the department Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Identify, cut, and apply silicone, masking tape, or other specialized tape during the masking of specific parts based on work order forms.
- Place parts on and off racks as needed.
- Prepare and package parts for shipping.
- Adhere to safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to pay attention to detail and follow precise instructions.
- Ability to apply tape to all parts.
- Comfortable using basic tools.
- Comfortable around chemical environment.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Comfortable being exposed to heat, noise, and chemical fumes while in production areas.
- Good hand and eye coordination and movement.
Work Environment
The work environment includes 1st Shift from 7:00AM - 3:30PM and 2nd Shift from 3:30PM - 12:00AM, with mandatory training during the 1st Shift. The position requires working in areas exposed to heat, noise, and chemical fumes while adhering to safety regulations.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stanton, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.40/hr.
