Step into a rewarding role supporting students’ communication development across two dynamic California communities. We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person services for K-12 learners in a supportive educational setting. Opportunities are available at both the Victor Elementary School areas and the Needles region, with manageable caseloads and SLPA support to maximize student success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current, active state Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid CTC Clear Credential
  • Proven experience delivering school-based SLP services
  • Strong commitment to collaborative, student-centered care
  • Ability to provide services onsite (virtual roles or Clinical Fellows not available)
  • Willingness to travel for coverage as needed, with mileage reimbursement for longer distances

Your Essential Duties:

  • Deliver direct speech-language services to students in K-6 (Victorville) or K-12 (Needles)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with SLPA support and educational staff to optimize outcomes
  • Maintain thorough progress documentation and comply with required reporting
  • Serve as a resource for families and educators regarding communication needs
  • May occasionally drive up to two hours one way for outreach services (with mileage reimbursed)

Why You’ll Thrive Here:

  • Structured caseloads, averaging no more than 55 students per provider
  • Access to SLPA support to help streamline service delivery
  • Opportunity to make a lasting impact within diverse school communities
  • Mileage reimbursement for associated travel

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $71.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
