Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet company standards and customer specifications through inspections, testing, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to identify defects, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and equipment.
• Identify, document, and report product defects, non-conformances, and quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and production documentation.
• Verify product specifications, measurements, and workmanship requirements.
• Work closely with production personnel to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Conduct routine audits of products and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
• Assist with corrective and preventive action initiatives as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Inspection, or Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and technical documents.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
