What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a child's life every single day.
Working one-on-one with children, you'll help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change. With guidance and mentorship from our experienced clinical team, you'll create meaningful learning opportunities through play, connection, and encouragement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings
- Making learning engaging through play-based and interactive activities
- Supporting children in reaching individualized goals and celebrating their progress
- Collecting data and documenting skill development and behaviors
- Collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistency and success
- Adapting teaching strategies to meet each child's unique strengths and needs
- Bringing patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to every session

You don't need prior ABA experience to get startedwe provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support.
What matters most is your passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or a related field is a plus
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings
- Positive attitude and willingness to make a difference
