Job DescriptionAccount Manager — Commercial Lines
California (Remote) | $65,000–$80,000 / year
We're hiring an Account Manager to provide exceptional service and strategic guidance to a growing commercial lines book, with specialization in life sciences and technology risks.
The Role:
<ul>
<li>Manage renewals, policy changes, and claims coordination for mid-market commercial clients</li>
<li>Assess coverage gaps and recommend enhancements (Workers' Comp, Cyber, D&amp;O, Excess)</li>
<li>Serve as primary point of contact for client questions and concerns</li>
<li>Communicate with underwriters and carriers to secure favorable terms</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records and ensure E&amp;O compliance in AMS360</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in commercial lines account management</li>
<li>Active P&amp;C license (required)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and carrier systems</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and AMS360 or Applied Systems</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent relationship skills</li>
