Mandatory Requirements to Apply

- Active California Bar admission and in good standing
- JD and/or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of experience in corporate and business law
- Strong experience with entity formation, business startups, and business transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Roles & Responsibilities

- Advise businesses and corporate clients on entity formation, startups, and ongoing business matters
- Handle and negotiate a variety of corporate and business transactions
- Provide high-quality legal counsel to clients ranging from small businesses to international corporations
- Manage multiple matters and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and billable-hour expectations
- Collaborate with attorneys and firm teams while developing and expanding client relationships
