PrideStaff is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in Otay Mesa. This is a great opportunity for a skilled driver who excels in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in a job well done.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely to move, stack, and stage pallets throughout the warehouse.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trailers and shipping containers using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Ensure all products are placed in their designated locations and maintain an organized workspace.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Must have recent forklift operating experience
- Skills: Strong spatial awareness and the ability to maneuver in tight warehouse aisles.
- Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to assist with team coordination.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable.
