Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a school-based team in Murrieta, California for the full 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' communication development and academic success in a collaborative educational environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a school setting and a strong understanding of special education processes, IEP development, and service delivery within the educational model.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current California Speech-Language Pathology License required
Valid California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential required
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Previous school-based experience required
Strong knowledge of IEP processes, compliance requirements, and educational service delivery
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Monitor student progress and adjust services as appropriate
Support students across a variety of communication needs and educational settings
