Job DescriptionMinimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a local school district in Sacramento, CA to hire a full-time Paraprofessional. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with students, provide individualized support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment.
What You'll Do:
Support students throughout the school day in classroom and campus settings
Provide academic assistance in small-group and one-on-one settings
Help students stay engaged, focused, and on task during instruction
Assist with social skills development and peer interactions
Implement teacher-directed accommodations and support plans
Monitor student progress and communicate with educational staff
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with disabilities preferred
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Reliable, patient, and adaptable in a school environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Position Details:

Pay Rate: $22/hr
