About the Role:We are hiring an Electrical Foremen to plan, coordinate and supervise all phases of construction to ensure the projects are completed on time. Specific Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a crew of 4-10 employees while maintaining quality of work on a consistent basis.
- Ensure all personnel meet minimum safety requirements (training, orientations, tools and equipment), document and ensure corrective measures are implemented to maintain compliance.
- Understand and ensure that work meets the requirements of the specifications and drawings for electrical, instrumentation and control scopes.
- Maintain liaison with site management and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications and schedule.
- Maintain liaison with other departments (quality control, site management, etc.) to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspection, etc.; support craft activities and project schedule.
- Familiar with Procore.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have valid CA Journeyman certification.
- Must have valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Able to pass drug and background check.
- Must be able to walk through rough terrain at construction sites.
- Climb ladders when needed.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work nights.
