We are actively seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for exciting opportunities in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, and long term care facilities.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and home programs.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
