We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team working primarily on commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within small and large teams, ensuring electrical systems are installed, maintained, and inspected according to code and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical systems and wiring in commercial and industrial settings
- Troubleshoot electrical system issues efficiently and effectively
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and safety regulations
- Manage safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Conduct testing and inspections of electrical installations
- Collaborate with team members ranging from independent to large teams
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician with valid California State Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in electrical work
- Strong knowledge of the Electrical Code
- Proficient in circuit testing and blueprint interpretation
- Familiarity with safety protocols and troubleshooting methods
- Manual dexterity with precise hand skills
- Effective communication and time management abilities
