Our organization, based in San Diego, CA, is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join our team, prompted by an upcoming retirement. This presents an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in concierge medicine who are eager to inherit an established patient panel.

Position Overview:

• 32 hours dedicated to clinical practice each week, complemented by 8 hours of remote administrative duties.
• Manage an average of 6 to 7 patients daily.
• Care for a patient panel consisting of 300 individuals.
• Base salary set at $369,600, with additional financial incentives available beyond the base amount.
