Location: Sacramento, CA

In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, residents, and community members, providing outstanding service while assisting with inquiries, work orders, applications, and administrative support. What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Process applications, forms, service requests, and work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist residents with maintenance requests and follow-up communications.
- Support office operations with administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and organizational information.
- Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or customer support experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Professional, positive, and calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with the public in a housing, property management, government, nonprofit, or community services environment.
- Experience processing work orders, service requests, or applications.
- Administrative support experience.
Requirements
- Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including any day of the week as business needs require.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening, which may include a physical examination.
