Coordinate shipping and receiving functions at the facility, including handling both outbound and inbound calls. Manage dock organization and shipping supplies effectively. Address any issues that arise in shipping or inventory handling processes. Retain and scan documentation, and communicate efficiently with employees. Schedule pick-ups with vendors and monitor shipments while they are in transit. Perform data entry tasks using Excel.
Responsibilities

- Address and resolve issues in shipping or inventory handling.
- Retain and scan documentation, sending communications to employees.
- Schedule vendor pick-ups and monitor shipments in transit.
- Conduct data entry using Excel.
Essential Skills
- Warehouse operation experience.
- Proficiency in cycle counts and inventory control.
- Data entry skills, particularly Excel data entry.
- Ability to assist various teams with additional workload.
- Cross-functional skills across departments such as Inventory and ERP systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of logistics and/or warehouse experience.
- Must have data entry skills.
- Effective communication, including writing and speaking.
- Expertise in high-volume inventory management.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Experience with ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Work Environment
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Work with a team consisting of 1 manager and 4 team members, with plans to grow the headcount significantly. The culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and flexible, fostering a team-player environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
