Legacy Tree Care is hiring a Tree Care Estimator to develop tree care plans, prepare estimates, and manage client relationships within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and prepare accurate proposals
- Identify client needs and close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and field crews to schedule work
- Write clear work orders and ensure quality standards
- Maintain job records and pricing information
Qualifications:
- ISA Certified Arborist (preferred)
- Bachelors in related field (preferred)
- Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in ArborNote (preferred)
- Clean driving record (required)
- Ability to work early mornings to meet crews on job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to travel throughout the greater Los Angeles area to multiple sites in a day
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary range: $50,000- $90,000
