We are seeking an exceptional Accounting & HR Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, success‐driven professional with strong accounting expertise and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Operations Management
    Manage AP/AR, credit, invoicing, general ledger, expenses, payroll, bank and money handling, and financial data monitoring. Recommend solutions to improve profitability.
    This is the primary function of the role; proficiency with accounting software is required.
  • Strategic Planning
    Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Process Improvement
    Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership
    Supervise and mentor staff, manage onboarding, and promote a collaborative, high‐performance culture.
  • Performance Metrics
    Establish and track KPIs, support staff performance reviews, and ensure operational accountability.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    Partner with our HR consulting firm to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and oversee vacation/time‐off requests.
  • Workplace Management
    Oversee outside service vendors and office programs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in accounting, financial management, or related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and ERP software.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus Compensation: Based on individual performance and company profitability.
