OT - Occupational Therapist

\n\n

Job Details:

\n

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
\n• Travel experience required
\n• First-time travelers will not be considered
\n• Scrub color: Navy or Khaki
\n• California state license required; pending license not accepted
\n• Required certifications: BLS
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Required skills: acute disorder, chronic disorder, and functional activities
\n• Preferred skills: standardized assessments and feeding techniques including oral/motor
\n• Experience working with generalized populations and diagnoses in a small, rural hospital setting
\n• May be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities
\n• Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
\n• Requested time off must be submitted at time of presentation; no more than 7 days of RTO
\n• 50-mile radius rule applies
\n• 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, completed prior to start

This is a small community hospital serving a rural area, providing care across generalized patient populations and diagnoses. The facility supports interdisciplinary care and works with patients spanning adolescent through geriatric age groups. Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location.
