Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join our dynamic team at LA Gymnastics Center as a Long Term Front Desk Admin for our Beverly Hills studio! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting young athletes and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and answering phone inquiries.
  • Schedule classes and appointments using our management software.
  • Handle registration and enrollment processes for new and returning students.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
  • Assist in managing payments and billing inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and students.
  • Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate communication between coaches, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a sports or fitness environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and gym management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Passion for gymnastics and working with children.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
