Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join our dynamic team at LA Gymnastics Center as a Long Term Front Desk Admin for our Beverly Hills studio! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting young athletes and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and answering phone inquiries.
- Schedule classes and appointments using our management software.
- Handle registration and enrollment processes for new and returning students.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist in managing payments and billing inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and students.
- Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
- Coordinate communication between coaches, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a sports or fitness environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software and gym management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Passion for gymnastics and working with children.
