Service leaders are responsible for providing an excellent experience to our customers while upholding all
Company standards and expectations Service leaders are responsible for greeting and welcoming all
customers in a respectful and positive manner. Employees in the service leader role are required to be
cross trained in all areas of the restaurant’s operations which include, but are not limited to food
preparation, cashier, food service, janitorial support, cooking area, rotisserie chicken area, and grill and
food preparation. Service leaders are expected to support any station at any given time, depending on the
judgement and operational need of the Manager on Duty and customer flow.W
