Job Title: Process Consultant 
 Location: San Jose, CA / Boise, ID (Onsite)
 Job Type: Contract /Fulltime
 
 Certification: Six Sigma Mandatory
 
Role Summary:
Seeking a Finance Process Expert with strong project management skills and preferred semiconductor industry experience to drive end-to-end finance process excellence using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Define, measure, and improve standardized finance processes aligned to business goals</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and defects</li>
<li>Establish KPIs, track performance, and communicate outcomes to leadership</li>
<li>Partner with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to optimize scalable, compliant processes</li>
<li>Mentor teams and promote best practices in continuous improvement</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field</li>
<li>10+ years in finance operations, process excellence, or transformation roles</li>
<li>Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred; Green Belt with strong PM experience considered)</li>
<li>Experience with ERP finance, reporting, and analytics platforms</li>
<li>Semiconductor industry experience preferred</li>
