Job Description
We are looking for dedicated 7-3 or 11-7 Shift Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. The role consists of assisting residents with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
&nbsp;
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
<ul>
<li>
provide direct resident care (ADL care)
</li>
<li>
assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding and mobility
</li>
<li>
monitor and report changes in resident health status to the licensed nurses
</li>
<li>
follow proper infection control techniques
</li>
<li>
work with a diverse population of residents including different languages, individuals requiring behavioral health support and those with infectious diseases
</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
Skills include, but not limited to the following:
<ul>
<li>
Current California C.N.A. certificate
</li>
<li>
experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities as a C.N.A. preferred
</li>
<li>
comfortable working with residents (short term care and long term care)
</li>
<li>
ability to lift and move residents safely
</li>
<li>
responsible
</li>
<li>
able to work a 4/2 schedule and flexibility with extra shifts as needed
</li>
</ul>
