Location: Long Beach, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay range: $70,000- $150,000+

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who are motivated, detail oriented, and passionate about helping customers.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
• Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
• Review and communicate digital multi point inspection findings
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding repair status
• Handle warranty claims, estimates, and invoicing
• Complete required Hyundai factory training
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (Hyundai is a plus)
• Strong customer service mindset and a servant’s attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with digital multi-point inspections
• Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to complete all manufacturer training requirements
