NOW HIRING: ENTRY-LEVEL CLEANROOM PRODUCTION OPERATORS
Pay: $19.00/Hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is based in a cleanroom and manufacturing environment, working closely with packaging machinery and automated equipment throughout the shift. Employees stand for most of the day and rotate between stations to support production needs. The environment can be fast-paced and noisy, requiring attention to detail and awareness around moving machinery.
1st Shift Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime: Paid for hours worked over 40 hours per week. Employees may occasionally support other departments within nearby facilities based on business needs.
Position Overview
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Production Operators. In this role, you will support both manual and automated packaging lines, helping package products, operate equipment, maintain quality standards, and meet daily production goals. Key Responsibilities Assemble and prepare boxes for packaging.
- Weigh and inspect packaged products to ensure accuracy.
- Work with a team of 5-7 employees on a production line.
- Rotate between workstations as needed to support production goals.
- Monitor automated packaging machines to ensure smooth operation.
- Watch machine screens for errors, alarms, and production issues.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and reset equipment when necessary.
- Remove defective products from the production process.
- Load materials and replenish supplies to keep production running.
- Monitor inventory levels at workstations to prevent downtime.
- Follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform visual quality inspections on products and packaging.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
- Comfortable working around machinery and moderate to loud equipment noise.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and willing to move between stations or departments as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
