We're looking for a passionate Esthetician Instructor who loves the beauty industry and finds joy in helping others succeed. Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive esthetic training to students.
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets BPPE standards and Schools.
- Provide hands-on instruction in skincare, makeup application, and spa techniques.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Share your knowledge, experience, and passion for skincare
- Teach both theory and hands-on esthetics training
- Encourage, mentor, and motivate students throughout their journey
- Help students build confidence in their skills and professionalism
- Prepare students for success in school, on the State Board exam, and in their future careers
- Be part of a supportive team that truly cares about student success
Requirements:
- Valid esthetician license in California.
- 6 yrs of experience preferred
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred but willing to train.
- Strong knowledge of esthetic practices and Murad products preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for educating and mentoring students.
- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others
