Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

With a manageable caseload of approximately 55 students and a steady 33-hour workweek, your expertise will make a meaningful difference in each student’s educational journey.

Ideal candidates bring experience across pediatric settings, schools, and healthcare environments, and hold a valid SLP license. Whether you are an SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY), your passion for helping students communicate and succeed will shine in this collaborative and energetic setting.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience providing services to pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to K-12 students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions onsite
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and progress tracking
  • Attend IEP meetings and consult with school staff, administrators, and families
  • Promote a supportive and inclusive environment for students of varying backgrounds and abilities
