With a manageable caseload of approximately 55 students and a steady 33-hour workweek, your expertise will make a meaningful difference in each student’s educational journey.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience providing services to pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to K-12 students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions onsite
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and progress tracking
- Attend IEP meetings and consult with school staff, administrators, and families
- Promote a supportive and inclusive environment for students of varying backgrounds and abilities
