Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Implant Technician to join our team. In this role, you will create and customize dental implants & prosthetics to support implant procedures. You will work with dentists, surgeons, and lab staff to ensure accurate, high-quality results that help improve patient care. This is a great opportunity to use advanced dental technology and be part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment planning and prosthetic design with dentists
- Evaluation of STL scans, dental radiographs, and CBCT images
- Maintain implant prosthetic parts inventory
- Multi-task and prioritize effectively while following established communication procedures and policies.
- Work with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and communicate product-specific information.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in dental field
- Knowledge of dental prosthetic design and materials as well as implant components & systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional tone
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- High level of attention to detail in documentation
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Experience with CRM systems, case management software, and order tracking tools (preferred)
