Job Description

We are looking for a Store Support Command Center Specialist to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with different departments, and providing excellent customer support in a fast-paced distribution environment.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to store requests and customer concerns received by email.
• Log and track all daily requests to ensure accurate records.
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Follow up on open requests until they are completed.
• Keep clients updated on the status of their requests.
• Update daily reports and spreadsheets.
• Send end-of-day reports with completed updates.
• Maintain an organized and professional work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with multiple departments and all levels of management.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Work Environment:

• Office setting within a distribution center.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
