<li>Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist</li>
<li>Assist patients with strengthening, balance, gait training, and functional mobility activities</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques</li>
<li>Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising therapist</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient goals</li>
</ul>
 Requirements
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program</li>
<li>Active California PTA license</li>
<li>Current CPR certification</li>
<li>Valid California driver's license</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance</li>
<li>Current physical exam and TB test</li>
<li>Professional liability insurance</li>
<li>Business license</li>
